Natural Ability Global – Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Natural Ability Global Affiliate Program. We are excited to partner with you!

The following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to individuals or entities (“you,” “affiliate”) who register to promote and refer customers to Natural Ability Global (“we,” “our,” “merchant”).

By joining and participating in the Program, you agree to comply fully with these Terms. If you do not agree, you are not authorized to participate.

We reserve the right to approve or reject any Affiliate Program application at our sole discretion. Our decision is final and no legal recourse will be available if your registration is declined.

• Affiliates will be provided with a unique tracking link. You may also generate links for specific products or collections.
• If a customer clicks on multiple referral links, the most recent link will take precedence.
• Affiliates may be assigned a unique coupon code. Details of your coupon code and usage guidelines will be visible on your Affiliate Dashboard.
• If both a referral link and coupon are used, only one commission will be paid (no double commissions).
• Affiliates without an assigned coupon code may not promote coupons.
• Affiliates may advertise Natural Ability Global products online (social media, blogs, websites) or offline (print ads, magazines, newspapers), provided all promotions comply with applicable laws and these Terms.

• Commission is earned when a referred customer makes a valid purchase on our website. Commission is calculated on the order subtotal, excluding taxes, shipping, and other fees.
• Affiliates must provide accurate payment details in their account settings to receive payouts.
• Payments are made according to the schedule outlined in the Affiliate Guide.
• Only successfully completed, non-refunded, and non-chargeback transactions will qualify for commission.
• Commissions are subject to a fair use policy. We reserve the right to review all referred transactions for legitimacy.
• Commission status is displayed in your dashboard. Paid commissions are recorded in the Payments tab.

We may provide marketing materials such as banners, logos, and promotional creatives via the Marketing Tools tab in your dashboard. Affiliates may download or embed these assets for use in their promotional activities.

• Affiliates may invite others to join as “downline affiliates” via their unique network referral link.
• If a downline affiliate generates sales, the upline affiliate may earn additional network commission, according to our settings.
• Details of network commissions and performance will be displayed in your dashboard.

• Affiliate tracking relies on cookies. Customers must enable cookies for referrals to be recorded.
• If a customer disables or clears cookies, tracking and commission cannot be guaranteed.
• Cookie duration (the tracking window) will be stated on the Affiliate registration form.
• Any purchases made within the cookie period, after a customer clicks your link or applies your coupon, will be attributed to you.

Affiliates may request removal from the Program at any time by contacting us at affiliate@naturalabilityglobal.com.

We reserve the right to remove any affiliate from the Program for violation of these Terms or for activities deemed harmful to our brand or reputation.
